
Increase your interoception or internal awareness and practice checking in, focus internally, not externally. Each class will be an exploration of your internal awareness through your breath, your heartbeat, and your sense of pressure, temperature, gravity, or tension in your body. We'll try to have fun and explore our bodies with levity, no-judgment, and humor whenever possible. Through increasing your awareness of your breath, you can increase your self-regulation skills helping you show up in life more as you’d like. 4-week class series is $75.
