Many clients get what they need out of 1 to 3 sessions. Others like to continue for a longer timeframe, to create the space and time to continue their breathwork practice. Privates often start with a breathing evaluation which will assess rib cage range of motion, tolerance to carbon dioxide, and breathing patterns. Sessions will then evolve based on the individual’s breathing functionality, needs, and desires. Some sessions focus on breathwork, others may involve movement.
