In this 5-week series, We'll do some self-assessments, self-exploration, movement to open up your posture, and breathwork. Investigate your posture and bodily holding habits and how they impact your breath. Each week we’ll focus on a different area of the body and how this connects to your breath. Discover and expand all your breathing spaces.
In-person class will be offered at new small studio space at The Breath and Balance, 880 Barstow Road in Shelburne. Please wear comfortable clothes you can move and lie down in.
5-week series is $150. Max of 8 people.
