Move your body and expand your breath. Increase your respiratory capacity. We'll move for roughly half the time, doing a vigorous yoga flow. We'll practice intentional breathing for roughly half the time to strengthen and enhance your breathing capabilities. We'll have fun and learn about ourselves along the way.
You'll be moving, standing, sitting, and lying down. A yoga mat can be helpful. Some are also available for you to use if you need. Class is offered by donation in October. $20 starting in November. All are welcome.
