Intro to Breathwork 6 week Series

Explore your breathing habits, increase your breathing efficiency, and move your body. Develop your breathing toolkit and learn techniques to calm down, create focus, and improve your performance. Each class will include the following: spinal & balance movements to create space for your breath, Information on your breath’s ability to influence your body, and exercises to increase your breathing efficiency and function.

Each class will explore an aspect of breathing:

  1. Breathing biomechanics: nose & diaphragm & posture
  2. Breathing biochemistry: role of carbon dioxide
  3. Cadence & rhythm: your breath & feelings
  4. Breathing biomechanics: explore your breathing spaces
  5. Carbon dioxide tolerance training: increase resilience
  6. A breathwork practice: bring it all together

The latest series wrapped up in March. There will be another offering in the fall 2025.
