Breathe with your body

What is the science of breathing? How were our bodies designed to breathe? Why can it be helpful to pay attention to your breath? Learn breathing fundamentals and practice techniques to identify your breathing habits. Through intentional breathing exercises, you’ll work to improve your breathing, and learn about yourself.

When you breathe in an efficient manner you have more energy to perform better and do the activities you love. Breathing in a relaxed manner can help you feel safer and build emotional capacity.
