
Your breathing pattern is a habit. You can train yourself to breathe more efficiently. As your breathing efficiency improves, you have more energy to do the activities you love. Improve your breath and improve your health. Develop your breathing capabilities, create resilience, and connect to yourself. There are many ways to breathe. If you can breathe with more ease, it’s easier to do everything.
In this 2-hour workshop, you’ll learn and practice ways to turn your walk into a respiratory strength practice and breathing meditation. You will be walking approximately half the time. We’ll continuously regroup for short discussions after short walks using different breathing techniques.
