This is an event series

Thinking "I need to relax" may not cause the body to relax. Yet you can take action to help the body feel safe, more connected, and allow for relaxation to happen. Relaxation is a skill that may not come naturally. Working with your thoughts, breath, touch, movement, and body, learn how to help yourself relax and come into the present moment.

Classes will also be recorded & shared to watch on your own if you can’t make the time. Cost is $60. Online via Zoom.
