
Your breath is a ripple of energy that moves throughout your body. Your breath brings air into your lungs to send oxygen to all your cell tissues. Your breath massages your organs. Your breath supports your movement, posture, core, and inner strength.
How much effort do you use to breathe? Where does this effort come from? Where does it go? How does it feel in your body?
Learn breathing fundamentals and practice techniques to identify your breathing habits and learn about yourself.
You'll want to dress in loose unrestricted clothing. We'll sit, stand, and lie down throughout the class. However, if you want to stay seated throughout the class, let me know and modifications will be provided. All are welcome. Cost is $20 per class.
